1. Susie's Graphics Copyright © 1997-2008 Susan M. Snider. All rights reserved. By downloading and/or purchasing Susie's Graphics, you are downloading and/or purchasing a license to use only. Susie's Graphics shall retain full ownership of any and all graphics I've drawn in the past, present, and future. To include my linkware, purchaseware, signature tags, pre-mades, and Potpourri CD graphics...no matter where my artwork may reside. |

2. Any use of Susie's Graphics indicates your acceptance of my EULA... read or not. No assumptions should ever be made if your intentions are not listed here on this page. If you have questions regarding my EULA, I ask that you check my FAQ page to see if your question(s) haven't already been addressed. |

3. Susie's Graphics (linkware, purchaseware, pre-mades, and CD graphics) are to be used "as is." To be more specific, no individual will be granted permission to edit, modify, alter, or create derivative works of my graphics in any way, shape, or form. Check my FAQ page if you are uncertain what this means to you. |

4. Web designers / e-businesses may purchase my "commercial site use only" graphics to embellish your business section. You are strictly prohibited from making single purchases of Susie's Graphics (pre-mades, Web sets, Sig Tags... etc) with the intent of using said graphics on multiple web sites for paying (and non-paying) customers. This includes customers who are being hosted on your domain. |

5. A credit link is required in exchange for the use of my Linkware and Purchaseware graphics. This link must be visible and placed on each and every page my graphics are being displayed. 6. You may not compile Susie's Graphics within another graphics collection for the sole purpose of redistributing them freely, trying to pass them off as your own, or for resale purposes. Have respect for my copyrights. |

7. Direct linking, or bandwidth stealing, is strictly prohibited! Please copy and save my Linkware graphics to your own personal computer and/or hard drive. |

8. If your site promotes and/or depicts adult content and/or racism, then Susie's Graphics is not for you. My graphics are to be used on family oriented sites only. |

9. No bartering allowed. This includes purchasing my graphics as a means to "pay" and/or "trade" another artist for his/her work. |

10. All sales are final. |

11. I reserve the right to modify my EULA without notice. |
